Hi, I'm Shandre and stress was hurting both my teaching and family life.

I was  working in the evenings and weekends  just to get through all the lesson planning, and admin as a primary school teacher. We often feel that as teachers, we are torn between doing the job we love and our own health and sanity.

You became a teacher to inspire and motivate a younger generation but are left disillusioned by the system and on the verge of burnout.

We use our breaks and free time to plan, prepare or discipline and easily neglect our own warning signs of chronic stress.

In the end, I took my frustrations out on those I loved the most and even landed up in hospital due to extreme exhaustion and stress.

This is what unmanaged chronic stress does.

If that sounds remotely like you, I'm here to tell you...

YOU DESERVE BETTER!

Just as I did.

Live a life driven by joy and purpose naturally and fall in love with teaching again.

Prioritize yourself and it becomes easier to remain calm in times of stress both in and out of the classroom.

Most people are quickly prescribed medications to manage the ailments that can manifest from stress like digestive issues, weakened immune systems, irregular hormones, headaches, high blood pressure and more.

Often the root cause is never addressed and in many cases, it's chronic, unmanaged stress.

I am committed to providing you with natural and chemical-free stress relief tools anyone can use. These stress management tools follow The Four Pillars that uses yoga and nutrition for natural stress relief. These four pillars are asana, breathwork, meditation, and diet.

The power is yours. Start your journey  here.
